We went to ER Monday night. While in the cubical not one person used the foam in foam out. Including the doctor. One of the nurse had a cough and didn't bother covering his mouth. And if it couldn't get any worse a nurse pulled a diloted dose from dispenser and couldn't get it to except it. So she told her co workers that she was going to put the dose as waste and emptied the dose in the sink. I'm really shocked at how this ER is being operated.
I had day surgery yesterday here, everyone I had contact was super friendly to be around and very helpful.
Wonderful experience with patience and Doctors..everyone was great with information that was needed..keep up good work..
I can not thank the doctors, nurses and assistants who took care of my mother. We are truly thankful for all their hard work and saving my mother's life!
The staff are amazing people and took very good care of my fiancé!!!
We had both our younger boys here and each time it was superb. The facilities are spotless and the nursing staff rocked. They were very attentive and kind to our family. Never had any trouble at all. Baylor is our hospital!!!
My Grandmother was there for almost two weeks on the Progressive Unit. Nursing staff was terrible! I complained numerous times to the floor administrator and it was always excuses. Nurses were very immature and had no business being a nurse in my opinion. Every time we were visiting the nurses were all sitting playing computer games instead of helping patients. My Grandmother was a fall risk and no one would help her to the bathroom. We will make sure none of our family or friends go to this hospital again! Terrible patient ... read more
We where in the ER with my mom and it was TOO many people and no room, My mom bed was sitting by the door entrance and got move to the other side of the wall �� the whole 9 hours we where there NEVER SAW a HOUSEKEEPER CLEANING ANYTHING staff changing bed sheets without sanitizing first... SO DIRTY ..!!!! But some of the Dr and nurses are nice..!!!
