RecommendedI had came into S&W on 05/19/2020 the early morning on Tuesday with excruciating pain in my chest. I only had to wait 10-20 minutes and I was in a Room in the ER. Well come to find out , I had a heart attack. The Nurses and doctors from the ER and on the 4th floor (ST43) and the team that put two stents in and anyone that had anything to help me and my wife go through this. I want to say thank you, thank you. Everyone was so fantastic in taking care of me. Especially my RNs. I could never , never of ask for better people as ... read more

I had a very disappointing experience with BSW Urgent Care failing to diagnose three broken ribs, leading to an expensive visit to the BSW Lakeway ER. It has taken over eight months to get notice they will not waive fees due to their own incompetence.
