I was with a friend for a doctor's appointment,and we had a great experience with the staff and even the valet parking attendant.

Exceptional staff from checking in through the test procedure. Shannon from radiology was by far the most professional, skilled and kind technician I have ever encountered. The nurse who did the bubble IV, Mike was also professional and kind. Both of them put me at ease and I would highly recommend Baylor McKinney to anyone needing a echocardiogram with bubble IV.
They took excellent care of my husband. He went in with chest pains and shortness of breath. They kept him overnight and was first in the Cath lab the next morning. They found 90% blockage and put in a stent. The doctors and nurses where wonderful and made a scary situation bearable. Thanks to everyone who took care of him! Beautiful hospital.
We had a great team. This is a top notch facility.
