Excellent patient hospital with great doctors and stafff. Do NOT go there for their food or service. Hamburger from the cafe made me sick. My wife came out of surgery and moved to a room. We asked for a blanket 3 times, an hour later she finally got it. Chicken noodle soup was deliver luke warm, we asked the nurse station if a micro wave to warm it and was told that the micro wave was locked up but it could be unlocked. It never was so my wife sipped the luke warm soup. Management here needs to WAKE UP AND TAKE ACTION. Shame... read more
My FIL was admitted with shortness of breath and wheezing. The service was great. I couldn't have asked for a higher quality of medical care and we have been to hospitals in California and Texas. Great Baylor care....
I think I'm glad that everyone that works here is nice and caring or I would have lost my mind. Having people really care about your illness or injury makes it a lot easier to be in a place that is a very unsettling scary place to be. Thank you nurses and med techs of the 5th floor. Great hospital and friendly and caring staff. I recommend this hospital to everyone.
I went to pick up a home sleep study device. Registration was easy and the staff was nice. The lab tech Jason was awesome. I've also been here for a lumbar puncture. Excellent experience.
Baylor Professional Building is where my Dr is and it is always a pleasant and clean facility! Dr George does and outstanding job!
