They were quick, polite, professional, and concerned,even the technician that did Ct scan was patient and soothing fears of my 10 yr old!
Baylor McKinney & Baylor Frisco have had exceptional service every time I have been there, with the exception of one time during the early part of the merger with the ER nurses. Since then, however things have improved and the "Baylor Experience" has returned! Unless it is for one of my children, in which case I would prefer to take them to a Children's Health Hospital, I would chooses Mckinney or Frisco every time.
I've been in and out of this hospital for the last 2 months. THE BEST HOSPITAL IN THE AREA THANK YOU!!!!
