The one in McKinney was very nice. I had never been to a Baylor hospital before and I found the experience excellent. My loved one received excellent care-the transport to Plano was a little slow for my liking, but they were working on it. She was not allowed to go without pain meds and everyone I asked a question of stopped and was very helpful. I didn't have quite as pleasant experience at Plano today. I will be back there tomorrow-so I am hopeful it is redeeming.
This was one of the best hospitals we have been to with my husband having chronic kidney stones we were in a room immediately and see by Dr and techs right away.
Everyone who was involved in my care was extremely professional and polite. I truly felt like each staff took great pride in the position they held here at this hospital. I am not in a rush to get back, but I must admit for this to be the first time ever been admitted into the hospital BSW was an outstanding choice for my and I. My daughter whose 12 yrs old was allowed to stay each night with me and she loved it. Thanks to you all for taking such excellent care of me.
Came in with pain in my stomach and was seen by a Doctor within 20 minutes. CT scan complete within an hour and diagnosed with accute appendicitis an hour after arrival. Staff is gracious and friendly and the best to work with.
Excellent patient care experience in your ER. Came in with something diabetes related. As a medical professional I felt exceptionally treated! Keep up the great work!
From the registration desk to the tech who brought my mom out to the car as she was released, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and excellent care. The RN, Renee, who prepared my mom for a surgical procedure, provided not only thorough and knowledgeable care, but comic relief in a stressful situation. We appreciated her so! And, kudos to Bonnie who cared for mom during the 4 hours after the procedure when she had to be flat of her back. Such a gracious and humble spirit!
