Everything was good ... I was scared but the nurses were great . This was my second time to be in a hospital for a sickness so did not know what to exspect. But it is when I got home I did not understand. Was pasting blood in my urine and a very sore throat . I was not given prescription for pain or antibiotics so to help heal. Have to wait to see my doctor on Monday but until then I must endure the pain etc.
We had an excellent experience yesterday. My so had day surgery and the surgeon, nursing staff and even the volunteers were all amazing, pleasant, helpful, professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this facility.
The best daysurgery staff -especially the techs and nurses- in the world!! Joked, took time for me never felt I was a bother like at other hospitals. I drove from Oklahoma and it was worth it.
Excellent customer service. My grandson was attending very quickly. Thanks to all the nurses and doctors for their services.
Best hospital I ever worked at. Beautiful facility. Family oriented staff. I will be forever grateful for working here. Have your baby at Baylor McKinney!! Outstanding doctors and staff!! �
