I had a mammogram for the first time at the Baylor McKinney location and it was the most stress free mammogram I've had...that says a lot since I'm 67 yrs old. The staff front and back were professional. friendly and competent. They called before the day was out with my results and to ensure I had no questions from my visit. Loved them!
This is by far the cleanest hospital I have ever seen.The doctorDr MacDonald great surgan my sister love her and so does our family. The nursing staff are the best.

I had partially amputated my finger and was told by ER Doc I needed a hand surgeon. They wanted to transfer me to Baylor Dallas to see one. I agreed but then was told they were short staffed and should make an appointment with one for the next day and maybe get surgery the following day. I said no way.. I called a Doctor friend at MCP and he had a hand surgeon waiting for me by the time I discharged myself from Baylor Mckinney and got to MCP. I had surgery at 7:00 pm and went home at 10:30 pm. If you have your baby here be careful of the woman who works nights at the recovery . Jennifer B is angry at herself or her job extremely rude. The hallways were at times so loud I had to ask to please keep the noise down. Don t expect to have someone come in regularly to check on you. Reception front desk empty . Extremely disappointed, the lever of care that I expect from Baylor is not .
Great staff...can't say enough about how accommodating everyone was! Thank you!
