My first experience at the ER as a patient and I was not impressed at all with the ER doctor. The nurses were very friendly and efficient but I was misdiagnosed by the ER Dr. Simply because he wasn't listening to what I was saying. I went in with severe pain and a knot on my neck was told by Dr. It was a strained muscle and would resolve itself in 2 weeks or so. I never have problems with this hospital. I had my son here. & i jst left there today from having surgery. They always take great care of me. I went to a different Baylor ER & they told me nothing was wrong with me. I went to this one & they immediately tried figuring out the problem. Thank god they figured it out bc it could've ended up bad do to the other ER not figuring out my problem or not even trying to figure it out. Thank you guys for service & fixing me.
My grandmother, age 81, just spent 10 days in your hospital. Tuesday she had surgery and yesterday I brought her back home to Oklahoma. From the moment she arrived by helicopter on the 13th she has had the best care ever. Every nurse and Dr was super friendly and patient with her during this difficult time. On discharge day nurses came in to hug her and say goodbye. I want to say thank you from my family for the excellent care you bestowed to my grandma who means everything to me.
They were the nicest, most helpful people I have ever seen. Took very good care of us both. Thank you and GOD bless.
First off you don't clean your sheets. Second, and employee of yours stole my friends phone and you still refuse to do anything.
Some of the nicest people there , & they knew what they were doing . The beat doctors too !!! Very clean. I would highly recommend the hospital
