My friend Turner Staples is currently a patient in your hospital. See his statement here: I am so ANGRY! No food of any kind was given to me until 3:40pm. And then only clear liquids. 7 of ‘nurse calls’ were totally ignored. The only way I could get any response was to do something that caused a very loud alarm to sound. Hospital management is going to hear from me in a formal letter and on fb. Please share. Hospital is Baylor Scott & White in Temple.

RecommendedThe day and night shift nursing staff and phlebotomists deserve purple hearts for dealing with me as a cranky, sleep deprived and in pain post-op patient. I’m grouchy, tired, and in pain, and my husband was barred from being with me by a Temple Police Officer, but the post-op care team guided me through it with the grace he completely lacked.
