Absolutley amazed with the service recieved from Bayliss Mobility Ltd. I was worried with us being in different cities but the service was so smooth. Once we arrived on our holiday site the scooters were dropped off in the correct time slots, were demonstrated and shown how to assemble/dissassemble and we were so happy with them! We did have a problem through the week which was dealt with within ten min of calling. Absolutley fantastic service. Would use again, and reccommend to anyone. Thank you again Laura- and team. :)

Just used website to book two mobility scooters for a day trip to Bridlington and spoke to Laura to pay and hand over details etc. Easy to use website and the customer service I got from Laura was amazing. Would recommend the firm to all my friends.

Highly recommend this business. Recently rented out a mobility scooter for a week, as we were holidaying at Thornwick Bay caravan park with my mum who has reduced mobility. These lovely guys delivered the scooter to the park before our arrival, complete with heavy duty cover and charger etc. brilliant scooter, super long battery life. It was a godsend as it allowed mum to get around with ease and enjoy the holiday with us. Thank you for your excellent product and customer service. Will definitely use again.
