I've just had a rear tyre changed on my scooter. The staff are really helpful. They sent off for a new tyre on Wednesday & the next day it was all sorted & ready to pick up.i can't thank the staff enough,Great Service & very reasonable prices..many Thanks to the team...
Went into the garage to ask about a problem with my car. I dropped it on the very same day within a few hours i had a text to say what was wrong with it and do i want it fixed. I confirmed that i did. I received a text a few hours later saying it was ready to be collected. SUPER SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
Bought a new focus and the screen wash wasn’t working - couldn’t ramp it up myself and took it to Bayliss who managed to get it on the ramp and let me know that I needed a new washer pump Let me know it was super easy to do myself so got a part ordered and fitted it myself Super friendly people and I’ll definitely be back, thanks again!
Why choose independent companies over a chain? Because they care and will try everything to ensure your car is fixed and fixed quickly. Yesterday my brakes were making a noise, this wasn't what I wanted as I was due to go away the next day towing a caravan. I went to Bayliss Garage late in the afternoon and they quickly identified the problem, got a new set of brakes delivered within the hour and by 0900am today I've got new brakes, and more importantly can go on holiday.
