Bought a new focus and the screen wash wasn’t working - couldn’t ramp it up myself and took it to Bayliss who managed to get it on the ramp and let me know that I needed a new washer pump Let me know it was super easy to do myself so got a part ordered and fitted it myself Super friendly people and I’ll definitely be back, thanks again!
Why choose independent companies over a chain? Because they care and will try everything to ensure your car is fixed and fixed quickly. Yesterday my brakes were making a noise, this wasn't what I wanted as I was due to go away the next day towing a caravan. I went to Bayliss Garage late in the afternoon and they quickly identified the problem, got a new set of brakes delivered within the hour and by 0900am today I've got new brakes, and more importantly can go on holiday. Highly recommend. Bayliss Garages are not just good with cars; they're good with people too. I really need to understand the ins and outs of services I am paying for, which means I ask a lot of questions. I've been to Bayliss several times for a range of things from a simple MOT (no work required ) to a labour-heavy, 3 day job. On one occasion they've replaced windscreen wiper motor when the wipers were overshooting.
