I had taken my husband in for a day surgery. The staff were excellent. They kept him and I up to date on things. Yes we had to wait awhile but knowing there was an emergency was fine. Dr Rather was the best.

I had day surgery yesterday and the staff at Bayhealth could not have been kinder or more professional. They eased my anxiety and treated me with compassion. They made a difficult experience much easier. I cannot thank them enough.

I am.a type 2 diabetic had yet another amputation done on my foot have been here for the same thing before and usually they r on top of controlling it while this time they don't even have my medication for me so the healing process is gonna b worse this time cause with out my insulin to help control my sugar i will only get sicker
Went to see my sister during her delivery. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I spend a lot of time in hospitals for work and have been to many over the past 15 years and this was one of the most convenient and cleanest I have seen. The charge nurse and staff was more than helpful. Would recommend this hospital to anyone that lives local. I wish we had a hospital like this where I live.
I was recently a patient in this hospital. Went to the ER and needless to say i was in there til the next morning. Finally they put me in a room. This 3rd floor section is where they put patients to keep a watch on them. Its not really like a regular stay there. I will say i used to despise Kent General hospital due to some bad experiences.
