The wait is horrid! And the staff needs to be more empathetic! Won't come here again!
Folks in the X-Ray department of the women's center are top notch!
i left because there were people waiting (with much more serious conditions than my possibly sprained arm) for 8+ hours. i waited for 4 hours. people were coughing up blood and holding wheezing babies for hours before being seen.
I was by myself with my 5 year old who broke his arm. We pull up to the ER doors, NO VALET! So I was supposed to pull into the garage find a spot and walk back to the ER entrance with a screaming 5 year old? Negative. You need Valet at the ER entrance PRONTO. Once we got in, the doctors and nurses took EXCELLENT care of us. They were speedy and fantastic. Bayhealth. Please consider people who are either alone or alone with a small child that come to your ER.
If everyone in that emergency room do their job instead of standing around chit chatting the wait time would be cut in half went in there yesterday around 12 noon there wasnt a soul in the waiting room yet we did not get out of there until after 9pm last night ! Very poor service in the emergency room department ! Go to med express or christiana for faster service

Went there yesterday. The wait was long but that's to be expected in a ER. I was treated very well by all the staff.
