The nurses are good. This doctor that I have ain't to good. He tell you how you feel instead of listening to you. So I feel just like I did when I came in here yesterday morning
The staff are always polite and caring. It is always clean, and well organized. They always seem to be 'team' players, offering to assist one another. But the best part are the positive outcomes.

My husband went to KGH VIA ambulance Friday am with chest pains. Dr and nurses gave,excellent care. He was sent to the 3rd,floor for observation and further tests. Nurses answered alot of questions. Husband came home much better!!!
I was there to take my friend in to have a biopsy procedure done on her spine and they managed her care well and the staff was very friendly. Some more so than others. Overall the experience we had there was good other than it taking longer than expected but this was primarily due to complications during the procedure which made the recovery time longer.
I was there for a foraminotomy. Everyone that I had contact with from beginning to end was professional and friendly. I had excellent care. A very positive experience.
Yesterday was my third treatment, I have tiny flooding vains, Dan and Laura, always find my vains, on the first stick. Kent General Echo Team is the greatest.
Shockingly pretty good. The doctor was nice, and the nurse in the front taking blood pressure was really nice, she got me back in a room as soon as she could.
