Having had over 40 years experience of the care sector, I would say that Baytrees is exceptional. There is a real sense of community and genuine care that pervades the whole atmosphere. I frequently feel that staff members have gone above and beyond to make sure my sister experiences the best quality of life available to her. At the age of 60, she is as happy here as she's ever been in her whole life!

I have found Bay Trees to be a lovely caring family environment. Residents and staff know each other well and interact as a family unit. Recently my brother had a fit and blacked out but because he had a carer with him he did not injure himself. Paramedics were called and he was taken to A & E accompanied by the owner of Bay Trees, who gave extensive information to A & E and stayed with my brother until all tests had been carried out. This resulted in a change of medication which has proved beneficial.
