Well, I bought a pre owns truck from McGovern because it was the only place that had what I wanted. I asked for the following:add navigation, repair passenger folding mirror, repair rear interior dome light and remove Velcro and adhesive from the bed. Well, the light was "fixed" but fell out on the way home, navigation is no where to be found, Velcro is still in the bed BUT the mirror does fold. My salesman James Goldberg has been horrible with communication post sale.

Unfortunately, one star was the lowest I could go. I need to warn potential customers of taking their Jeep into this service center. I brought my 1 week old car in after a fender bender....after 2 and a half weeks of back and fourth in and out of the dealership (due to their lack of detail orientation and CARELESSNESS). 3 different problems were discovered and then discovered to have not been a problem.... I finally get my car back for good and find out my BRAND NEW car has a brand new 250 miles on it. Please please please t... read more
