Honestly... i have a lease. It came in for its 15k tune up. They decide to use synthetic oil on a 4 cylinder car. All in it cost me $350 for service.... the lease payment isn’t even that high. This place is highway robbery. It took them 2 hours to service my car because the free sandwich tray came in at noon. They just leave you high and dry and kick you out the door.

I have never written any reviews before and this is my first one ever because I can't describe or tell how highly disappointed and pissed I am. The WORST experience I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE.
