Went to this dealership hoping to walk out with a jeep wrangler.. my husband who is a mechanic did an inspection of the under carriage and found a leak not a simple fix and also the muffler need to be replaced.. my husband said not to worry about the muffler but would only want the jeep if the leak was fixed.. Was the easiest process for purchasing a car I’ve ever had. Went online for the trade in bonus, searched for a car, and locked in the e-price. Kaylene contacted me almost immediately, had a 2pm appointment. Mat Broullette, one of the sales consultants, was very helpful. Took my 16 Jeep Wrangler there when I noticed an “antifreeze smell”. They diagnosed it right away and fixed it quicker than I could have ever asked for. Karen was the best and I will never go any where else for service or another car. Efficiency at it’s best. Hat’s off to Mcgovern Jeep.
Went to mcgovern after working a deal with Kaylene Brunnell. I was able to negotiate a good number without having to sit at the dealer for hours. Then Jim Goldberg took it from there. I spent about a half hour negotiating my trade. The Sales Manager Christian Kassis was very personable and took the time to listen to me and we were able to agree on a trade in amount.
