Never bought a car from them but the service has been less then positive. Been using them for years but recently communication to the service department has been lacking. Ask for recalls to be performed and when I come in they haven't. Asked for a full synthetic oil change and didn't used correct materials. Had them fix it and took 2 more tries to get it right. Now sure what is happening...
