Bought a Jeep Wrangler from them with 10k miles on it. Staff was friendly. But after 8 months now and the car at 20k miles, I’ve had to replace brakes due to bad pads, replace the starter that went dead , and now check engine light is on due to bad oxygen sensors. Called their service department. Waited on hold for 10 minutes after they hung up on me for the guy to tell me ‘things happen every day.’ Be sure to fully inspect the car you buy from them and don’t trust their service department. Really wish I did.
I purchased my 2017 Durango from McGovern last year in June. I love love love my truck. Great customer service. Not pushy and got me the price I Wanted. And in the year since they continue with amazing customer service.
