I lived in Reno, Nevada for eleven years and had great, A+ caring and compassionate medical care in the Sierra Nevada Health Care System - except for the nightmare that was my colonoscopy. Recommendednice facility! all the staff are friendly. they are setting the standard for all the other VA"s. I moved from Iowa and transferring was easy. thank you to the Bay Pines staff you truly make a difference in veterans lives.
Some are good dome are not. Bay Pines is in the middle but getting better
Excellent service to Vets. The staff really take their time explaining you the proper processes, and send you to the proper personnel. highly recommended.

Compared to the VA system in Northwestern Pennsylvania, this place is Rockin'!
In general most of the staff seem to do their best in helping Vets.Some staff should not be there but that small percent is OK.
