The surgical staff is fantastic. It's when you get up to your room and depend on others to look out for you that the disappointments start. My brother is in there and he wants to leave before he's able because of the staff. His true needs are not being met. They are not preparing him to go home to take care of himself. He needs more surgery but I doubt he will ever go back.
Wait times are always more than an hour and it’s just a numbers game.

They could not mess up a vet's records that came in for a walk in hearing aid problem. It took my Pittsburgh office several weeks and I had to resubmit the copy of my paper work from years ago. Thank you for a major mess up of my records Harold Jackson

the inpatient staff is fantastic, knowledgeable and compassionate
A beautiful setting if your sick. They treat veterans with the respect they deserve. Love being a fill in chaplain at this facility
I was in ER for 2 days as an admission, waiting g for a bed. as was 21 others. thank God I didn't need it but so many did and still waited. ER is overworked and VA is verworked. thanks to Bernadette and Patti. ER RNs, I was taken care of. all their nurses were great !!! I didn't see Dr more then 5 mins but praise them nurses !!!! thank you !!!!!
