y your team workers need to adopt the customer save service behaviors familiar in private-sector hospitals for my appointment today although there were six people at the check-in counter talking to one another none of them not one of them ever acknowledge me in the 20 minutes I sat there waiting for my appointment my appointment time came and passed and still no one said anything to me
