It was great to be back. Liked seeing the new and the old faces of the Bay View Staff. My Title, the summary of my exam was more of a conversation than a lesson. It made me mentally prepared for my next visit. Your Staff Rocks!
Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do, however everyone I came in contact with was friendly and made an unpleasant experience pleasant. Dr. Emerson, this is definitely the best crown I have ever had with the least amount of discomfort afterwards. Having said that I still hope I don't have to have it done again.
A wonderful experience and my cleaning was done so gently and professionally that I will defiantly refer others.
But no, let's be serious. I usually always feel the needle when I'm getting numbed up for dental work. With Mark I didn't feel a thing. So that's a good thing. 2nd, I trust him and he's always telling me the right things to do to get my teeth looking nice & dapper. Altghough I've known Mark (and his family) going on 10 years this isn't I biased review because out of those 10 years this is my first having Dr. Emerson work on my mouth. And boy am I happy!!! Every time I walk in the front door I feel welcomed and like part of a family. Dr. Emerson is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that is going on. Calisha is awesome at reviewing all of the billing information and lays it out in a way that is understandable. Bay View Dental also takes into consideration your financial situation, and prioritizes treatment based on what you can pay. Overall, awesome experience.
Everyone was very kind and informative. I enjoyed my first experience with Dr. Emerson and I hope the road ahead is as smooth as my first visit. Thanks a lot guys.
