Avoid Arran Motors like the plague. Don’t use Bay Garage petrol station and DEFINITELY don’t hire a car from George Lammie, who is, in my experience, a liar and a manipulator. He lied to me on a number of occasions and I had to seek advice from the police in the end. George originally offered me a refund when I pointed out his false advertising (now rectified). Possible identify theft. They asked for utility bills and other documents to rent a car, which I've never heard of in 20 years of hiring cars all over the world. Only AFTER getting the documents told me all they had was a van. Why not tell me that BEFORE hand? Shortly thereafter I had someone apply for a credit card in my name, and I've never had an identify breach before. Stay away.
Unfriendly and rude staff. Will not be returning that's for sure!!
