Bill Baxter and the team are extremely professional, supported us throughout the process of selling our house and gave sound advice during a turbulent period in the housing market. I can't rate the service more highly, they responded quickly and comprehensively to questions and took on much of the liaison with our solicitor. A very friendly team with wom we have really enjoyed working. Bill Baxter is the estate agent we will go to next time we sell.

Bill's straightforward, yet professional and customer-centred approach to business, coupled with his knowledge and expertise has made our house purchase as stress free as possible. Glenda's support, professionalism and tenacity ensured the move went as as smooth as possible, despite a lengthy and complicated chain. Unfortunately we have no plans to move as Baxters' as helped us to find our forever family home, but we will not hesitate to recommend Baxters Estates to our friends and family.
