Ordered a builders mirror for my bathroom in my new build house. Was told it would be no problem. The day it was installed the corner was broke off it and it was measured wrong and there was a huge gap at the top of the mirror which made it look like it had dropped. They also took chunks out of my staircase and newly painted bathroom walls when installing it.
