Always thought dealership service was slightly higher then service retailers - when I arrived to get an oil change at Baxter I saw their price comparisons and realized that my thinking was flawed. I suggest folks take a look at what a great deal they can get for their car at Baxter if you want to save your hard earned money
Was very busy location, even with the scheduled service, the wait was a bit longer than expected BUT the waiting area is great with the Starbucks machine, other beverages, rolls, cookies and other snack items and the tv, helped pass the time!
I was VERY pleased with the care I received from Baxter Toyota! The new place is amazing, amenities are grand and if you ever need to use the courtesy car service, they are outstanding! My appointment was done in less than hour and the courtesy drive called me to let me know and that he would be there in 5 or 10 minutes to pick me up. THANK YOU for doing it right with customer service!!!
