I recently traded my 2014 Highlander for a 2017 because of the safety features. Chris McKinney is (not was) my sales representative. Chris is personable, professional, energetic, knowledgeable, and . . . he listened. He showed me two models, I drove the second home. It had everything I was wanted in the new model. There was no pressure to buy. When Chris pulled that vehicle into the bay, he knew it was sold. I am totally satisfied, (insert sigh here).
I was hoping that with the move the service department would show some improvement. Not so! After waiting 2+ hours (problem still not fixed) for what they said would be 30 minutes, I don’t have enough time for the scathing review I want to write. Service after the sale is without a doubt the worst I’ve ever experienced.
