I have bought a lot of new vehicles and this was one of the easiest transactions I’ve experienced. I got a great deal on my 2018 Tundra and John Sloup gave me amazing service! Do yourself a favor and check out Baxter if you’re in the market for a Toyota.
My experience was a very positive one.
We just bought a 2018 RAV4 at Baxter. We went in expecting a tense and contentious buying attempt but instead found MD Amin to be very accommodating, polite, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We negotiated and received what we felt was a fair deal. MD is the man. Then Tobias in finance was just as friendly, funny and helpful while we finished the paperwork. Every interaction I have with the service personnel is exceptional. The courtesy drivers are excellent, and the service techs including Jeremy, Ethan, Matt and Evan are rock stars! We take all of our cars to Baxter....even our Chevy!!
Will never go back! They bend over backwards to sell u something then as soon as u sign on the line they are done. Salesman was not very knowledgeable. Pawn you off someone else. Keep getting the run around. Did not return my calls or emails. Highly recommend checking into other dealerships!
I love Baxter Toyota in lincoln. I bought couple cars there with excellent customer services. If you have a chance to come there, just ask for Ryan. He’s a cool guy....
Everything went is perfect except the financing person who doesn’t take no for an answer; tries to force into buying extra protection plan that you don’t need. I really didn’t like his attitude
