Great service. As this was my first time for service I was very impressed. Greeted in service and escorted to lounge and offered coffee, snacks and shown restroom facilities. Great coffee lounge and my wait for oil change was very timely. My Highlander was washed and delivered to the door. I love my new Toyota and the service assured me that we made an excellent choice with Baxter Toyota!
