RecommendedWorked with Kenny. Had a great purchasing experience, he was patient, willing to work with me at late hours, and best of all he didn't fumble around with getting me a great deal without a ton of hassle. Whenever other staff came by to help they were nice and fun as well. Will be back for all service and maintenance over the next 3 years so won't be the last time I work with the great staff at Baxter.
These people went above and beyond the Call of Duty . I got into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was happy with Within a few hours when no other dealership would help me . I give an A+ to the Baxter staff . They were courteous friendly and upfront about the entire process.
Chris McKinney was a treat to work with while I bought my new car! After a little anxiety on my part, I was grateful he was patient and not too pushy. Our salesperson Brandon Contreras did a great job getting the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. He was easy to work with and never felted pressured. He took extra time setting up our phone, radio station we listen to and going over each feature. Highly recommend him.
Thanks to Josh Duncan for helping us determine which Toyota would be best for our family. Josh was very friendly and took the time to show us the options of our new Highlander. I would definitely come back to Baxter Toyota Lincoln for our next car.
Hate buying vehicles. Rather have a personal driver, get carried everywhere, or live under a bridge, then buy and drive. Aaron Davis did an excellent and knowledgeable job. Test drove before noon -- back that evening with wife for same, purchase completed that day. Drove away next day. Made it all relatively harmless (still charged me), so I can live and complain about something else to someone else tomorrow. Cannot not see how it could have went better. Thanks -- nice operation.
