I had a wonderful experience!! From the minute I walked in, I felt like I was treated like family, not to mention no long wait. The PA listened and answered all of my questions and made appropriate treatment recommendations, and did not try to pressure me whatsoever. I have also referred other clients to them and they have had equally as wonderful experiences.
I had a few concerns during my last visit to the office. After calling the Institute; Dr. Baumann and her Staff put my mind at ease. Dr. Baumann and her Staff always do their best to listen and take care of the Patients needs. I have absolutely no trepidations recommending this Institute to a friend.
Just left my first treatment with Ilanit Samuels and absolutely love my results! I could not be happier with the professionalism and care I received! Definitely will be back soon
I can't imagine going anywhere other than Dr. Baumann's office for dermatology care. She literally wrote the book on Cosmetic Dermatology (seriously, she's written at least two textbooks.) In addition to being a bonafide expert, she has the warmest and sweetest bedside manner. While in her office for treatment, she and her staff are unbelievably attentive.
