Very disappointed and upset with the business practices at this dealership. Was told by the salesman there was negotiability on a vehicle, made an offer on the vehicle and was told at that time someone was coming to look at it later that day. We were NEVER contacted again regarding our offer as to whether it was accepted or rejected and then was told they sold the vehicle we were interested in because "we didn't commit and the other couple did." Great Service is just one of the reasons why I Deal with Baum Chevrolet. Kraig and his staff are outstanding doing the regular maintenance. ( you can't call it an oil change with all the services they do in such a short time frame) They are the reason I drive an hour one way for all my service needs
I am so please with my 09 Silverado. It's not new but new to me! Thanks to Jim Jackson for not being a pushy salesman. Lol. Had a little problem over the weekend and took it in on Monday. Thank you Corey (Service dept.) for getting me back on the road so quickly. If I could score you a 10, I would. I would buy another truck from them. Thanks again for the great service.
