We have bought several vehicles from them over the years. It always been just like coming home when you stop by to trade vehicles or get service. They have always treated us as friends as well as customers. Our salesperson Bryon was very easy to work with this time showing us traditional Baum courtesy. Richard and Scott Baum are very nice to work with along with the rest of the staff. We rate them as a 5 star business.

Saturday I was on my way to Indy when my low tire pressure light came on. I drive a Ford, so I stopped at the Ford garage in Clinton only to find the service department was not open. I came into Baum and talk about customer service! The salesman got me back to the service department where Cassie took excellent care of me. Tire was checked and aired and I was in my way in 15 minutes. Thank you for your help and for the great service!
