I had an F250 rowed there over the weekend. On Monday, the quoted me $900, claiming that the battery and alternator both needed replacing. Thinking that this price was a bit high, we picked up the truck today and I had a friend look at it. He quickly determined that the only thing wrong with the truck was a fuse. Incompetent or criminal, don’t care which.
Recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Baum’s. Each and every time I was treated fairly and with excellent customer service. I’m very pleased with the staff there. Shout out to Jim Jackson for taking excellent care of what I wanted in my current vehicle and being thorough making sure I was comfortable in my new camaro!! Very pleased!!
I have had my 2017 Equinox for a year now and have been very pleased! Tim Hoyt is so awesome to deal with and has been over the years. He is a good friend as well. We have had a few problems over the years but nothing we couldn’t work out. I really can say I enjoy doing my business here in town.

Very disappointed. Never been to this dealership before. They will not get a 2nd chance on their first impression. Set it up online for a showing and test drive on a Saturday. Drove almost 2 hrs only to be told that the car was taken to their other lot 15 minutes away the day before and that place is closed until Monday. We were like, so go get it, we're here now but we were asked by their salesman instead if we could come back another day. I'm not driving the distance twice. Guess they don't need the business. Salesman was Very arrogant and acted like he didn't even want to sell me the truck.
I got a rock (say that like Charlie Brown) stuck in my brakes. Baum fixed my car at a very reasonable price, and while I live 2 hours away they were very accommodating and took great care of me/my car. Not that I want my car to break down, but if I do in Clinton again...I know where to go!
