We unfortunately were in a house chain with our purchase using Battrick Clark for their sale and purchase. They repeatedly messed up paperwork causing weeks of delays. Then after asking to exchange, no one could get hold of them. Guy who is a paralegal spoke to his client who stressed the whole chain was waiting on them to exchange.
