Had an excellent experience with Battrick Clark when buying a home. I always hear horror stories about solicitors from my friends who have bought houses, but we had such an easy experience. They were so communicative and on it will everything that needed to be done. Made it stress free for us. Highly recommend! In particular, shout out to Ashleigh and Natasha who were amazing.
As a first time buyer, I really had no clue what to expect when buying my first flat. I was not expecting so much pressure and blame to be laid at my feet by the seller's estate agent. I was so stressed and unsure of what to do that I almost pulled out of the purchase, until Helena stepped in and shielded me from the stress. She communicated with me regularly and responded swiftly to my never ending questions and I can't thank her enough.
Battrick Clark and specifically Emma Brokenbrow were brilliant. We were first time buyers and very worried about the house buying process, the last thing we wanted was to also worry about our solicitors/conveyancers. Thankfully Emma took on our purchase and made the entire process as easy as it could be. Emma was solution focused, quick with responses and very clear in her advice. If you are trying to navigate the house buying process and choose between a conveyancer as well, I would recommended Battrick Clark to anyone.
