The store itself was great. But the service department was very rude and would not help me with oil change for 7 days !! I was traveling and at my service mark and all they could do is schedule me 7 days away!! Really? Very disappointed

I was there Thursday, trying to find a replacement hex nut for a bracket for my pipes. Went to the parts department and the parts person acted as if I did know what I was talking about. Then I went to the service department and the service rep didn't want to be bothered. Then I went to Fredrick Harley and the lady working the parts department was very helpful, took me to the back to see if I could find the right hex nut, which I did. This place is my favorite place to stop at when I'm in Gettysburg. I can stop relax, stretch my legs and look at all the cool stuff. I usually can't leave there without spending money lol.
