Dear Battlefield team, Just wanted to thank your service team for an excessively fantastic experience! I dropped my '98 Fat Boy for a new tire and unexpectedly had to leave it for service. While I am certainly not excited to get a $700 bill by surprise, I CAN tell you that the work that was done was absolutely flawless and somewhere along the way your service team delivered a bike that looked like a BRAND NEW BIKE!!!
