I had seen on their website a couple used bikes I was interested in, came to Battlefield and was greeted by Maria, a total professional!! I told her I fell in love with the 2006 Softail, I told her where I wanted to be with a payment, and Bam, that bike is mine!!! Got the grand tour of the place, and everyone was awesome!!

There was a young man behind the parts counter who was very accommodating as well as helpful. I will be back 1st week of November to have a new wheel and tire installed. Very well maintained store. One of my favorite HD stores.

Not happy with Battlefield Harley. Dropped bike off last Sunday to replace fork seals and figure out why the odometer and speedometer weren't working at all. I scheduled appt for Wednesday this week. Quoted 2-3 hours labor for the fork seals, charged for 4 hours. They cracked my mirror, they did replace it pretty quickly. But the odometer works but the trips don't. We stopped on our way through from Virginia Beach to get T-shirts. The woman that helped us was very helpful and friendly. My husband had bought a T-shirt at the downtown store but found it in a color he preferred more at this location. The woman very graciously let him make the even exchange. Great selection of clothing and accessories!

I bought a 2013 CVO Breakout 3/13 paid 4Grand over MSRP 6 months out of warranty there was a rust spot on rear fender where you can see the clear coat bubbled up the size of a dime now there's a spot on the tank where the clear coat bubbled again the size bigger than a quarter and the paint is chipping off the front fender and the bike has less than 7,000 miles. We bought 4 Harley's from battlefield in a 2 year span I can't even sell it the way it is very very disappointed
