Although they were "swamped-busy", the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and listened patiently. Throughout the entire "journey", they kept us appraised of all aspects - no surprises. No pandering, just treated us like decent folk. After 35+ years of motorcycling, this is our 1st Harley purchase. Battlefield Harley-Davidson, IMHO, has done an exemplary job of a positive portrayal of the brand/franchise.
