Best dealership around! Customer service, selection, they have it all!
Scam Artist!! Tried saying there was over $2000 dollars in damage to my bike, got a second opinion and the guy did a thorough inspection and couldn't see the repairs they claimed needed to be done. Will never give them my business!!! And thanks to their dishonesty they lost the financing that was going to be done thru Harley Davidson!!
Although I informed the staff that I just bought my Street Glide Special 2 weeks earlier,they were very professional and cordial.Very interested if I was happy with the Harley Davidson brand,definitely worth the 1.5 hour ride...I'll be back

A friend of mine went to purchase a bike and scheduled a test ride! Once he returned from the test ride he notice the tour pack had a crack in it near the hinges so he metioned it. All of a sudden the bike was already sold and they ignored him the rest of the time. Battlefield missed out on a sale because they were ready to make a purchase! Very poor salesman etiquette!

This is a great shop. They always have nice events and holiday celebrations. Marci Gras was fun. A few years ago I saw Rick Derringer at one of their open houses for free. Can't beat that.
