I was impressed with Bath Works before our install, they kept us continually updated on the status of our job materials, making sure the install date still worked for us, and asking if we had questions. A week before the install, they called to let us know what to expect the day of the install. On the big day I left for work with an old bathroom and came home to a gorgeous walk in shower that looked exactly the way I wanted. High integrity company with awesome work ethic. I am extremely happy with my new shower. My job was worse than expected but the guys rose to the occasion and turned my nightmare into a dream. ***** was very friendly and helpful. He did job quickly and carefully. Very pleased so far. Arrived early and finished early.
Both men were professional and friendly and didnt waste any time. I was amazed how quickly they got the job done. The cleanup left a bit to be desired and there are 2 gaps by bottom corners which need quarter rounds or some kind of filler. Overall good job and it looks great.
