Our experience with Bath Works was very positive. The sales team was informative and helped us design our dream shower. The entire team stayed in close contact from order date to install with weekly calls and texts to let us know the status of our remodel. The installers ***** and ****** were friendly, hard working, and efficient. The final product is gorgeous, exceeding our expectations. The installers cleaned everything after. We would definitely work with Bath Works again.
Installer was professional and helpful. The install is first rate. Easy peasy no muss no fuss. This is the first thing to get finished in our bathroom remodel because BathWorks showed up when they said they would- no one else did. The ************** are still there. Couldnt keep up. Great!! Thanks.

I was impressed with Bath Works before our install, they kept us continually updated on the status of our job materials, making sure the install date still worked for us, and asking if we had questions. A week before the install, they called to let us know what to expect the day of the install. High integrity company with awesome work ethic. I am extremely happy with my new shower. My job was worse than expected but the guys rose to the occasion and turned my nightmare into a dream. Do not hesitant to call this company, you won't regret hiring them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
