go somewhere else save money and go with someone ethical as well. They lied and said a 86 yr old who was not EVER in the home the 2 days they did work (was two days because their worker messed up the wall day one and had the studs wrong for the bench) said "sure leave holes and gaps in my wall and floor. They then lied and said they told us during consultation that WE have to have someone else come take out the small ** window or put some time of other material over it (as they don't work on wood). They were wonderful, from start to finish. They got here on time and started working immediately. They were professional, explained everything. What a nice overall experience, and I have the shower I always wanted. AND they really cleaned up after. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
A bit expensive but definitely getting what you pay for. The material wait time was a bit significant but considering today's atmopshere such a situation is for most businesses, the wait was adequate. The shower was beautifully installed.I am picky about clean lines and seams and they nailed it, he spent alot of time on getting the panels smooth and lined up. I recently entered into a contract with Bathworks for a tub installation to replace my jacuzzi tub. I gave a deposit of $500. As I looked at the current tub guarantee, I found that I was able to replace the broken pump and given the name of a company that could do it. When I cancelled my contract with Bath Works, I found that I lost my deposit. Bathworks replaced our 20 year old fiberglass tub & shower units with beautiful acrylic panels. We now have the look of tile & stone without the maintenance of grout or the weight of slabs. The office staff communicated with us every step of the way & kept us informed of any delays. Jason & his installation crew were there at the promised time. They are professional and courteous. I am absolutely thrilled with how my bathrooms look now. I would highly recommend Bathworks.
