Used several times now and can't fault the service! Follow the true meaning of "no hidden costs" no deposit required, options to reduce your excess advertised and offered but never a hard sell for it. One thing I will say, the vans are either brand new or in really, really good condition, so if you are using a van for humping and dumping, bring a blanket to put over the rear bumper to avoid the risk of scratching it, these vans are good, high quality vans, not your normally bashed and bang up white transits

Excellent service. The van was a clean, modern vehicle, easy to drive and very good value for a 4 day hire. A bonus that I was able to return the van on Sunday evening using the key drop.

Horrible experience. Just pure rudeness from the women. First of they they gave me the wrong van even after calling up to confirm that I was getting the van I had booked. That made my job a horrendous day and cost me alot more money having to use another van. When I returned there it was just silent treatment. She walked out upset that it hadn't damaged the van because they seem to be interested in any damage. She took pictures and then walked past me saying thanks bye. Customer service is horrendous.
