Outstanding service from John on the front line and Julie in the office. Not only was the work superb in every detail, but James, Dan and Chloe who looked after us were a pleasure to have around. They seemed specially chosen for their consideration and good manners. We're already planning our next project!
Had our bathroom fully fitted and tiled from this company could not fault the workmanship and the guys were all fantastic would highly recommend
We had a kitchen installed by Bathrooms and Kitchens Whitley bay a few years ago. Service was excellent and quality of work was also. The only issue being the extractor above the hob didn't vent properly. A hot point engineer eventually diagnosed that a part had not been fitted to the extractor to allow it to vent properly. I contact B&KWB in February this year. Jon has been out twice to look at the extractor however despite a few calls from us chasing we have had no follow up after 3 months. We had a kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet installed. Initially we chose Bathrooms & Kitchens Whitley Bay because of the stunning range they offer. At the time we were not yet in the house and were living several hundred miles away, so we were pretty far removed from the installation. As you can imagine, we were nervous of how it might go. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and the exceptionally high levels of customer service from Whitley Bay Bathrooms and Kitchens. The whole team were very professional, but specifically Jordan and his installation team who were always punctual and worked long hours to ensure the schedule was kept on track.
