I ordered an HIB mirrored bathroom cabinet from Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire which was delivered over a month before I was able to have it installed. I know I really should have checked it on receipt but it was around 4 weeks later that I opened it properly and discovered there was a long crack in one of the mirrored doors. More in hope than expectation I reported the damage to Bathrooms Direct. They promptly advised they would communicate with HIB and get back to me. Very well displayed showroom, very helpful and knowledgable staff. Got everything we needed to replace our shower.
Excellent online service, helped us select shower enclosure and all fittings. The deluge shower head we wanted has been discontinued, Paul found us an excellent British made alternative. One item was damaged in transit somehow, a replacement was swiftly sent out.
Fantastic customer service, especially from Paul, when a bathroom tap we purchased last year became faulty. He sent out a new cartridge the next day. Very impressed with this company.
