We were looking to get 2 full bathrooms redone , they came and measured and we went back for a design meeting , we were happy with the designs and liked the different showers , sinks etc and just had to make final decisions on that , we were also doing a full kitchen refit so asked consulatation for that with a view to doing all of it at the same time , this was discussed, Roy came and measured up for kitchen and we waited for the call to go and see what the design was and to look at the kitchen units .. the call never came ... read more
