First rate experience from beginning to end. A family business that clearly puts the emphasis on providing a very friendly, helpful and personal customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and we certainly benefitted from their extensive knowledge of products. We were made to feel that our custom was valued and would have no hesitation in returning. Would definitely recommend.
Special thanks to Danny, who found my perfect size and colour of basin unit, that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was very specific on the size and especially the basin depth as many are too shallow or not very wide. He’s such a credit to the team, and always cheery, friendly and very helpful every time I called.
Absolutely delighted with this service. The team were extremely helpful and courteous with all works carried out to an extremely high standard. Would definitely recommend this business for anyone considering a new installation or upgrade.
