Ed and his team were brilliant. Very up front, transparent and fairly priced. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom.
We can't recommend Ed and his team enough, as a truly reliable and knowledgeable company with expertise from the onset. Our bathroom journey was easy as kept in the loop along the way. Special mention to Frank and Louis (bathroom fitters), Kevin (the plasterer) and Rob (painter and decorator) all exceptional tradesmen who take a pride in their work plus clean and tidy. Simply the best from very happy customers. Thank you Ed and all.
Ed and his team did a brilliant job fitting our new bathroom from start to finish. Frank, our fitter was conscientious and hard working and nothing was too much trouble. We're delighted with the quality and finish. There was no mess and they even arranged for the rubbish to be taken away. Highly recommend.
We have recently had a new bathroom suite installed by Bathrooms By Harpers. From design to quote and then the installation of the new suite - we cannot fault the products Ed specified. The installers were exceptionally tidy and lovely to have in our home. Special mention to Frank and Louie (who could be advertised as little and large!).
From the beginning to the end of the process the team at Harpers were excellent. From choosing our bathroom at their lovely showroom everyone was helpful and courteous. Dean, the fitter, was with us for the best part of three weeks and his presence never felt intrusive. He consulted with us at every stage and the work was finished to a high standard. After the fit, a slightly faulty tap was replaced with no fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Harpers to anyone thinking of getting a new bathroom.
