Design process made easy thanks to the help and expertise of Bryan. Bryan was so knowledgeable and passionate about his work, he was able to guide us and spent a great deal of time ensuring we designed the perfect bathroom. we were pleasantly surprised at how easily Bryan took our ideas on board and came up quickly with optional solutions, Very straightforward and pleasant. Our final wishes were quickly sorted out and all parts ordered. We were allocated Ramsay as our installer and could not have wished for more. Always on time, polite and above all a superb technician, I was amazed at the lengths he went to in creating a balanced look and perfect fit of everything. Absolutely fantastic customer service today, Bryan dealt with my shower hose query quickly and provided me with a suitable replacement. No issues at all!!
